Roads within the development are maintained by Sportsman’s World Recreational Association. Funding for roads is from your annual property owner’s assessment. We ask your help in keeping the roads from deterioration:
- No vehicle over 50,000 pounds
- No more than 7 yards of cement delivered in each load
- Delivery trucks are to drive in the middle of the road when possible
- Speed limit of trucks on all roads is as posted
Drivers should always be cautious for other drivers, children at play and wildlife. The roads are narrower than the roads you usually drive and wildlife is abundant. In addition, special care must be taken when driving an ATV:
- Children should not be allowed to drive golf carts or any ATV without supervision.
- All ATVs – 3 and 4 wheelers, mules, golf carts, etc. – should be driven on the owner’s property.
- Driving on paved roads is discouraged and should be done at your own risk.
- Check with your insurance provider to make sure that the ATV is covered for use off of your property.
